AgriGene is a genomic resource initiative focused on identifying and organizing agriculturally important genes—particularly those related to traits such as disease resistance, pest tolerance, and crop quality. It serves as a curated database and annotation platform that supports breeding programs by making key genetic information accessible and actionable.

Links to our 5' and 3' end of full-length cDNA sequences and three RNA-seq data (panicle, seed and stem). If you want to see all available data at the same time, go to "Select Tracke" tab and check all options

In this database, we show our original full-length cDNA ESTs of about 40,000 clones and RNA-Seq data of triplicated three samples: spikelets, seeds and stems. Additionally, we also prepare publicly available Sorghum bicolor BTx623 RNA-Seq data. Users can access and compare various trascriptome data from this site.
Sanger full-length cDNA ESTs
We constructed a mixed full-length cDNA library from eight time points of whole body in Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench, and obtained 39,791 high quality expressed sequence tags (ESTs) .
